As President of Douglas & Company, Doug brings close to two decades of design and construction experience to your project. After years of owning a subcontracting company specializing in framing, window and door installation, siding, roofing, and trim, Doug decided to start Douglas & Company to fill a much-needed void in the area for a firm willing to take on the challenges and complexities of large-scale renovations and remodels. In 2021, Doug was chosen by Qualified Remodeler Magazine as one of the “40 Under 40 Best & Brightest in the Remodeling Industry” in the U.S., and has emerged as a leader in home construction through the high level of satisfaction he brings to every Douglas & Company customer. “I get so much satisfaction from being presented with a challenge and guiding my team to find solutions for our clients.”

Mike Mox

Meet Mike Mox, our Senior Project Manager. With 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike brings unparalleled expertise and leadership to our team. His extensive knowledge and dedication ensure the success of every project he oversees.

Jena Catts

As the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, Jena is dedicated to keeping the company on sound financial footing. Leveraging a wealth of financial acumen and marketing savvy, Jena prides herself on her attention to detail and follow-through. When she is not overseeing company business, she takes care of family business for she and husband Doug Catts.

Stephanie Frey

As Production Manager, Stephanie brings to you over 10 years of detail-oriented capability in project management and interior/exterior products and finishes. She is here to guide your project with an impeccable eye for organization and a keen focus on your schedule. Stephanie is a tenacious problem solver; she will confront and remedy any issues or roadblocks that may arise during construction to assure that your project runs smoothly.

Paul Flickinger

Since joining us in 2018, Paul has worked his way up through the ranks, starting as a general laborer, then becoming a lead carpenter, and now a project manager. His hard work, dedication, and passion for his craft have been truly inspiring.
